What You’ll Do
Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure parking lots, sidewalks, flower beds, trash cans, and dumpster areas are neat, clean, and well-kept.
Use Professional Tools: Operate PME-provided equipment to keep the property looking its best.
Be a Problem Solver: Report any issues or needed repairs to keep everything running smoothly.
Stay Safe: Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure your well-being and the safety of others.
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills: Prior experience in porter work, landscaping, or groundskeeping is a plus!
Dependable: A reliable work ethic, integrity, and a positive attitude are essential.
Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.
Tech-Savvy: A cell phone for communication and reliable transportation.
Valid Driver’s License: A current Florida Driver’s License is required.
Safety First: Ability to pass a standard drug screening.
Schedule Details
Full-Time: Enjoy a full-time schedule with stability.
Flexible Hours: Start times between 2:00 AM and 10:00 AM – early risers welcome!
Weekend & Weekday Availability: Must be available on both weekdays and weekends.
Starting Pay: $15.75
