Maintenance Technician – Day Shift (Mon–Fri)

We’re a commercial maintenance company looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician who can handle a wide range of repairs and provide reliable service to our clients. If you’re hands-on, safety-focused, and want steady daytime hours with guaranteed overtime opportunities, this is a great fit.

You’ll complete work orders, perform general repairs, and use a company-provided smartphone to upload photos and notes for each job. This role includes a rotating schedule for being on-call on weekends to respond to emergency jobs— all weekend emergency jobs are paid overtime.

What You’ll Do

• Perform general commercial maintenance and repairs
• Stucco and drywall patching/texture matching
• Paver repair (leveling uneven pavers)
• Asphalt repair (minor patching)
• Pressure washing
• Replace ceiling tiles and perform light interior repairs
• Safely work on ladders up to 24 ft
• Use a smartphone to document work orders with photos and notes
• Follow written and verbal instructions and complete tasks on time
• Participate in rotating schedule for emergency calls for weekend emergency jobs

Requirements

• Basic personal hand tools
• Valid driver’s license + safe driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Able to follow instructions and work independently
• Comfortable using a smartphone for work orders
• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to meet deadlines
