Positions
Porter – Pick up trash in parking lots, operate a backpack blower, empty trash cans. Able to lift at least 20+ lbs.
Field Supervisor – Supervise, train, and manage porters. Ensure properties are being cleaned as scheduled. Familiar with and able to use smartphone/tablet.
Maintenance non-skilled Laborer – laborer and/or helper to perform maintenance tasks. Familiar with and able to use smartphone/tablet. Able to lift at least 50+ lbs.
Maintenance Technician – Perform repairs in some of the following: concrete, stucco, plumbing, asphalt, welding, or drywall. Familiar with and able to use smartphone/tablet.
Maintenance Supervisor – Hire, train, schedule and supervise Maintenance Technicians. Maintain WO system.
Area Manager – Provide Customer Service for market. Manage Maintenance and Cleaning Teams to ensure service is meeting customer expectations. Hire, train, schedule, communicate and maintain WO system.
Sweeper Truck Driver – Operate Sweeper Truck to sweep parking lots. Empty Trash cans, pick up trash, and operate a backpack blower.
